Sometimes in the course of grief, we find it's difficult to read, to focus, to concentrate. People hand us books and we want to read them, but we can't, at least for now. My Church friend and Family friend Jerry Salonek passed Away from Suicide at the age of 60! I have been grieving for a year!

What a very exquisite website. The videos are special...the Spanish, Pema Chodron's perspective, etc. Very loving, All of it. A grand gift.
